Mumbai for street food lovers: Best Vada Pav spots

Mumbai is synonymous with its street food specialty – the humble vada pav.

I grew up on this, right from my school days and then making it my de-facto affordable and delish anytime street snack.

Now while everyone will have their own favourite places to savor this Maharashtrian-Portuguese fusion of a pao meeting a patty of potato and masalas, here’s a map I made with my own favorites along with some shared by friends and fellow vada pav fans.

My love for Mumbai’s favorite street snack has also been featured in the BBC and DNA among others, and I ran VadaPav.com for over 9 years, until I forgot to renew the domain name.
